We are more than happy to help you with general cleaning tasks, but unfortunately, we cannot assist with unloading your dishes from the dishwasher. This is because we want to avoid any liability issues that may arise from potential incidents, such as broken dishes. Additionally, our cleaners may not be familiar with the specific storage locations for your dishes, which can be frustrating for you when trying to find your favorite mug or plate. To prevent any confusion or accidents, we are more than willing to assist you with other cleaning tasks

Cleaning dishwashers and washing machines can be quite time-consuming. Over time, these appliances can develop unpleasant odors if not cleaned regularly. Hence, our primary focus is on providing comprehensive cleaning services for your entire house or apartment. As a DIY cleaning tip, you can add 1 cup of white vinegar and run a hot cycle. Afterward, run another cycle to ensure all the vinegar residue is removed. This simple method should effectively eliminate any lingering smells. Finally, any remaining particles can be easily wiped away.
Garages & patios:
Cleaning garages and patios can be a demanding and time-consuming task. Our cleaners understand that garages, especially when used for personal storage, can pose potential hazards. Additionally, the accumulation of months or even years of dirt and grime on patios and garages often requires power washing for effective cleaning. However, it is important to note that we do not possess the necessary equipment, such as a pressure washer, to provide cleaning services for garages and patios. As a result, we regretfully do not offer cleaning services for these areas.

Additionally, ensuring employee safety is paramount, which is why we limit our cleaning duties to within reach areas as part of our general cleaning routines. However, we are more than capable of cleaning small light fixtures that are easily accessible.
Bed Bug and Other Insects
Professional exterminators should be responsible for pest control remediation. We lack the expertise to handle pest infestations or any other pest control-related problems. In the event of a bed bug infestation or any other infestation in your home, our services will be temporarily suspended until a pest control specialist resolves the issue. If there is an infestation, it is advisable to have your carpets professionally cleaned. Once your residence is completely free of bed bugs, our services will resume as usual.
Odor removal and remediation
We do not handle odor remediation problems such as eliminating strong odors from animal waste, smoke, mold, and other odor-related challenges. Occasionally, we receive requests from clients and potential customers regarding odor remediation. While we would like to help with odor issues, it is important to involve specialists who are specifically trained and equipped to handle odor removal and remediation. Consulting an odor-remediation company would be the best course of action to effectively address the problem at hand.
